How long is my deposit good for?
Deposits are good for 30 days. Anything outside of 30 days, you will have to repay the deposit.

I paid the deposit, when can I book?
You have 30 days from when the deposit is paid to book your appointment.

Can I book in advance?
Yes, deposits must be paid first.

​
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, but your deposit would be lost.
​
​
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you have to reschedule within 48 hours of your install. If not, there will be a $25 charge applied to your total cost.

Can you mount a TV in an apartment?
Yes, but I will have to assess where the tv can be placed based on the outlets in the apartment.

​
Do you have insurance?
Yes, BlockTech Installations is an insured company.
​
​
Do you travel outside of DFW?
Yes, but there will be a travel fee applied.
​
​
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Credit/Debit cards. (3.5% convenience fee)

What if my TV falls off the wall?
I will assess the situation initially to determine the cause. If the cause is determined to have been an installment error, Blocktech will cover damages at our expense. HOWEVER, if determined damages were customer caused BlockTech is NOT responsible.

How many days do I have to contact you after the install?
You have 30 days to contact me about any issues or concerns.
​
​
What if its outside the 30 days?
There will be a $75 service charge if I have to come back out.

​
What If I have my own mount?
I can fully guarantee that the type of mounts that I use are reliable. You are more then welcome to bring your own mount, but if something goes wrong with your mount, we are not responsible.
